2. open the relief valve and adjust the pressure to 0.3Mpa.

3. when the vacuum level reaches -0.08Mpa, the inlet valve 15 is opened to feed oil.

4. when the oil enters the vacuum tank, when the oil level reaches the middle position of the oil level meter, the oil valve is opened 20 or 22 (two 20, 22, when the two filter is used, the ball valve 22 on the filter is closed when the filter is used; when the filter is used, the ball valve 20 on the two level filter is closed), the oil pump 25 is started and the oil outlet begins to produce oil.

Remind users to pay special attention: after opening the oil valve, the oil pump can be started, otherwise the filter will be broken.

5. the change of the pressure gauge (the oil discharge pressure should be limited to 0 to 0.4Mpa, the usual running state is 0Mpa), check the oil leakage of the oil pump and pipe joint, if it should be discharged immediately, and then lock the overflow valve, so as to ensure the work of the machine.

6. adjust the opening of the oil valve 15, so as to balance the amount of oil and gas, and make the oil level meter in the vacuum tank in the middle position (automatically controlled by the infrared automatic control instrument after normal operation).

7. when the oil is circulating normally, the automatic control heater can be started. It is noted that the temperature should be adjusted to the control range of 45~65 C before starting the heater, and the good state is at 65. Then the manual heater is decided to open the heater according to the amount of oil and the ambient temperature. (it is mainly suitable for ZY and ZYA-100. Type and above equipment).

8. the machine works normally, and after several times of oil circulation, it can be sampled and tested from the sampling port.
