Working principle
When the waste gear oil filter is used, the contaminated oil is entered into the heater through the entrance of the external atmospheric pressure vacuum. The oil after the heating is entered into the initial filter, and the large particles are filtered out. Then the fluid enters the water separator, and the vacuum separator flows through the special divergent device. The divergent device produces a huge surface area of the unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated liquid to a relatively low humidity atmosphere, so as to remove the water, air and gas in the oil. The mixture of vaporized water vapor and gas condenses into liquid through the water tank and cooler and enters the reservoir together, and the remaining gas is pumped out of the vacuum ch. The oil removing liquid is removed from the oil pump by the exhaust pump to remove the particulate matter, that is, to purify the oil and complete a purification process. According to the amount of water content, it is necessary to recycle the water to completely remove the water.
Pre - use preparation and inspection
1. All parts of the waste gear oil filter have been adjusted before leaving the factory. When they are transported to the site, they must check whether the parts are intact.
2, the waste gear oil filter is placed smoothly, the oil inlet is connected to the lower part of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.
3. The waste gear oil filter is connected to the power supply and ground wire. The power distribution cabinet and oil pump, vacuum pump and heater junction should be inspected to ensure reliable connection and reliable insulation.
4. Start the oil pump motor and observe whether it rotates clockwise (from the motor side). Otherwise, switch the power to the phase.
5, when running the hydraulic oil and other mechanical oils on line, it is necessary to add the same grade oil to ensure that the oil level of the tank is normal.
