Operation method
1. Start the front stage pump and start the roots vacuum pump when the vacuum reaches -0.08 ~ -0.095.
2. Open the oil intake valve after the roots vacuum pump is started.
3. When the observation window in the vacuum chamber has an oil injection, start the oil pump.
4, start heating (temperature is generally set in advance).
5. Observe the oil standard and keep the balance of oil in and out when working normally.
6, stop the heating system for 3 minutes, then stop the roots vacuum pump, the front stage pump, shut down the oil valve, stop the oil pump after the remaining oil discharge, and play the vent valve, make the vacuum table indicate zero, and break the air switch, and do not make the wrong shutdown order.
